Laetitia Wolff
Currently Senior Design Editor and Design Director at Surface magazine and formerly the editor-in-chief of Graphis, she is the author of the Design Focus book series (Gingko Press) and Real Photo Postcards: Unbelievable Images from the Collection of Harvey Tulcensky (Fall 05). Recently she edited New Design Cities (Infopresse/Pyramyd). She has curated a number of exhibits including Value Meal: design and (over)eating, in collaboration with Aric Chen, as well as the first-ever retrospective of the graphic artist Massin—she is currently working on a Massin monograph for Phaidon Press. Wolff is a contributing editor for such international design publications as Abitare and Etapes. Previously, she was exhibitions director and editor at the New York Art Directors Club, worked for the renowned Italian designer Gaetano Pesce and also at the New York Museum of Modern Art. Originally from France, Wolff holds a masters degree in literature from the Sorbonne University and a marketing masters from the Institute of Political Science in Paris (IEP). She was also a scholarship student in the Museum Studies post-graduate program at New York University.
