This four acre waterfront park was commissioned and is under construction following placement in an international competition for waterfront revitalization. The program required the design of a four acre waterfront park, including a carousel house, dockmaster's house, harborwalk, and central gathering place. The site was an open field in a village that was composed of dislocated and scattered municipal programs.
