The vectors and flows produced by the fields of influence were analyzed and a tactical mapping responding to the surrounding contextual forces was constructed providing a plan for the deployment of program on the park site. This methodology permitted programs drawn to the site to be tactically realigned, blended and focused to flow across the site, exploiting the paths of least resistance whilst acknowledging the temporal and cognitive conditions of place.
