A housing complex located in a park on the shore of an artificial lake.
Drawing from the Dutch tradition of shaping artificial landscapes through
land reclamation, the project proposes to model the ground with a series of
oblique green planes that form pedestrian paths, parking areas and public
gardens. The buildings rest on this landscape "footprint" and are laid out
along gently skewed angles that frame multiple views between the lake and
the surrounding city
